AGE: 50
RIDE EXPERIENCE:
- Age 14- When it all started, Dominique entered into Le Cchampionnat de Monde en Hollande in 1974, with special help from a Taiwanese company that manufactured engines for small vehicles. He places in a very good speed category during the race.
- Age 20- Entered into automobile competition.
- Age 27- With desire and passion to continue riding, Dominique entered into de champion de France racing for 24 hours.
- 1st Raid- Riding from Paris, passing the North Sea in ferry and arriving in Cardiff, Wales and returning to Paris in the Channel Tunnel (2650 km total in 5 days).
- 2nd Raid- Visiting a friend in Poland along with his TGB Blade ATV. Raid started in Orleans, France (110 km South of Paris), then arriving at Warsaw, Poland, passing through Germany, Austria, Slovakia, Poland, Czech Republic. Returning to France from Germany. Total 216 hours ride time, 9 days.
- 3rd Raid- 2009, this year, Dominique will be riding from France to the Russian Warsaw polar circle. Ready to challenge snow-filled dark nights.
ACHIEVEMENTS:
- Motorized pilot from 1980 until 2000 in national and international rallies
- Vice champion of championship of France and of Belgium of the Mountain
- Quad pilot since 2005, ridden 28000 km thus far.
- Vice world championship of circular flight category team racing in 1975.
- Regional and piloted champion hope by car radiommandee in 1979.
PASSION:
Dominique’s passion for automobile not only sprung from racing, but from hand preparing his race car engines and frames. He acquired technical and mechanical skills that became useful for him during extreme raids.
INSPIRATION:
His 18 months old daughter, Maelia, and his family.

Le quadeur “givre” ? faut etre bien pire que ca pour se lancer dans une telle aventure…hehe…
